Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients and manage relationships to increase loyalty and retain business.
• Handle difficult client calls.
• Deal with client queries and complaints in a competent, efficient, and professional way, and in accordance with the company’s quality and performance standards, culture, and values.

 

Qualifications

• A matric (or equivalent) certificate (essential).
• FAIS accreditation.
• Experience in a similar role (beneficial).
