MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:
Responsible for supporting various data-related tasks, admin processing, operational activities, and processes within the organisation. Responsible for resolving issues and concerns and conducting corrective measures. Perform tasks such as producing reports, presentations and maintaining accurate records.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems.
- Respond to and resolve client inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Manage customer communications to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Analyse data to identify trends and draw actionable insights.
- Create reports using tools such as Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
- Compile feedback files for Clients (Data for newsletter, Winners’ files, ad hoc data requests).
- Produce reports and compose correspondence, while ensuring data accuracy, correctness, and up-to-date reporting.
- Foster a positive organisational culture.
- Implement effective people practices promoting employee engagement.
- Update SMS journeys and maintain the monthly SMS files.
- Responsible for loyalty card printing and distribution.
- Responsible for benefit partner onboarding.
- Responsible for updating all program documentation and processes.
- Responsible for keeping the chatbot and source file locations up to date.
- Management of the digital program tools and ensure that the data set is correct and up to date.
- Implement controls and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Maintain integrity of operational processes and documentation.
- Management of the benefit partner credits.
- Generate and manage monthly invoices.
- Perform weekly financial reconciliations to ensure accuracy and transparency in financial records.
REQUIRED EDUCATION
- 2 to 4 years’ experience in data management, operations coordination, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and maintain accurate records
- Attention to detail is critical for ensuring data accuracy and completeness
