Accountant

A leading international real estate company based in Kenilworth, Cape Town is seeking an Accountant.  As this is an office-based role, the successful candidate must reside in the greater Southern Suburbs area. The ideal candidate will be reporting to senior management to develop financial strategies for the organization.   

Responsibilities:  

• Lead financial meetings 
• Complete financial accounting and forecasting 
• Deliver reports and metrics to leadership  

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or higher or related field with accredited traineeship 
• 3 – 5 years of relevant experience 
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc) 
• Detail-oriented and analytical 
• Sage 50 accounting software
