As a Client Success Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. Providing support and assistance on multiple DiPAR Systems software solutions to ensure our customers have the best user experience possible. Reporting to the Client Success Manager, you will be a part of an exciting product evolution that builds tailor-made solutions for the Fruit Industry. We achieve more, together.
What You Will Do
- You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking technical support via phone, email, remote takeover or in person.
- Assisting clients in the implementation of DiPAR’s software solutions.
- Develop relationships with client personnel that foster ties with our clients.
- Testing modifications to DiPAR’s software to ensure they are fit for purpose and consistent.
- Training clients on DiPAR’s software either remotely or in person.
- Working after hours and on standby from time to time.
