We are seeking an experienced Syspro ERP System Manager & Lead Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal to our mission of implementing an entirely new, (from-scratch) ERP system in the form of the SYSPRO system, aimed at modernizing and automating our business processes across finance, human resources, manufacturing, supply chain, services, procurement, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Syspro during the system design and implementation stages of the new ERP system.

Troubleshoot and adjust the system over time to ensure seamless operations.

Implement and maintain documentation and controls for the system.

Optimize T-SQL code and stored procedures.

Ensure system operational availability exceeds 99%.

Perform SQL database administration, including backups, user security, and maintenance.

Provide end-user Syspro support and training.

Regularly liaise with Syspro administrators.

General administration and clerical support.

Requirements:
Relocation to Klerksdorp Nort-West province essential
3-5 years of Syspro System Administration experience, particularly with month-ends, year-ends, security, and permissions.
Strong leadership skills.
Advanced experience in troubleshooting Syspro-related problems.
Functional experience with Syspro’s financial, distribution, and manufacturing modules.
Experience creating and maintaining customized reports using MS SQL, Syspro reporting services, and Excel.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Word.
Relevant IT-related field of study or Syspro Certification (BSc/Syspro Certification preferred).
MCITP SQL Certification (ideal).
