Job Details

An Ophthalmologist practice seeks the services of a strong administrator to assist with medical aid and billing administration as well as general office admin. 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES, NOT LIMITED TO: 

  • Answer the telephone  
  • Scheduling of appointments 
  • Handling of patient queries 
  • Greet patients face-to-face 
  • Frontline reception 
  • Liaising with medical aids 
  • Assist with billing 
  • Complete remittances and relevant documentation 
  • Filing 
  • Administration
