Admitted Attorney

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Admitted Attorney specializing in litigation and immigration law to join our legal team. This role is critical in providing legal counsel, representation, and expertise in litigation cases, while also managing immigration-related matters for our clients. The ideal candidate will be proactive, possess excellent advocacy skills, and have a proven track record in both fields.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Litigation:

   • Represent clients in legal proceedings, including preparing for and attending court hearings, trials, and mediation sessions.
   • Conduct thorough case analysis, develop litigation strategies, and draft and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
   • Advise clients on litigation risks, legal rights, and potential outcomes based on case law and jurisdictional precedents.
   • Coordinate with opposing counsel, court personnel, and witnesses as needed to build strong cases for clients.

2. Immigration:

   • Handle a variety of immigration cases, including visas, work permits, permanent residency, and citizenship applications.
   • Provide legal guidance and representation for clients undergoing immigration hearings or appeals.
   • Stay informed of immigration law updates, policies, and regulations to ensure compliance and to inform strategic decision-making.
   • Prepare and review client documentation, ensuring completeness and compliance with immigration regulations.
