Job Overview

A leading health supplement brand focused on adolescent wellness, is seeking a creative and results-driven Content Creator to join our Marketing Team. The Content Creator will be responsible for producing high-quality, engaging, and on-brand content across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is a dynamic storyteller with a flair for visual design, a passion for health and wellness, and the ability to drive engagement and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Content Strategy & Planning
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with the company’s overall brand positioning and marketing goals.
  • Plan and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely publishing of content across all platforms (social media, blog, website, email newsletters, etc.).
  • Research industry trends, competitors, and audience insights to inform content development.
  1. Content Creation & Design
  • Create compelling multimedia content, including but not limited to social media posts, video content, infographics, blog articles, website content, and email marketing materials.
  • Write clear, engaging, and SEO-friendly copy for digital channels that aligns with The Company’s tone of voice and brand guidelines.
  • Design eye-catching and on-brand graphics, animations, and video content using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other design software.
  1. Social Media Management
  • Plan, create, and post content across social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Monitor community engagement, respond to comments and messages, and actively participate in conversations to build brand loyalty and trust.
  • Track performance metrics and use data-driven insights to optimize future content.

 

 

 

  1. Video Production & Editing
  • Conceptualize, shoot, and edit video content for various platforms, ensuring content is optimized for different formats (reels, stories, long-form YouTube content, etc.).
  • Collaborate with team members or external freelancers as needed to produce high-quality video content.
  1. Brand Consistency & Compliance
  • Ensure all content aligns with The Company’s brand guidelines, visual identity, and messaging standards.
  • Review and edit content for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and formatting accuracy.
  1. Campaign Support
  • Work with the Marketing Manager and Paid Media Specialist to support the execution of paid media campaigns, including ad creative development.
  • Develop and execute content for product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
  1. Analytics & Reporting
  • Track, measure, and report on content performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Use data analytics to refine content strategy, increase engagement, and improve ROI.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Media Studies, Design, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or a similar role, ideally in the health, wellness, or consumer goods sector.
  • Creative Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and video editing software (Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, etc.).
  • Digital Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of SEO principles, content marketing strategies, and social media best practices.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, social media scheduling tools (like Buffer or Hootsuite), and basic knowledge of Google Analytics.
  • Copywriting: Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong grasp of grammar and syntax.
  • Soft Skills: Strong project management, organizational skills, and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize effectively.
  • Portfolio: A portfolio of past content work is required, including examples of social media posts, videos, blog articles, and graphics.

  • Content Output: Number of pieces of content created per week/month.
  • Traffic & Conversions: Increased traffic to The Company’s website from content-driven campaigns.
  • Brand Consistency: Alignment of content with The Company’s brand identity and tone of voice.
  • Video Production: Production of high-quality videos for use on multiple platforms.
