We need a Systems Engineer (Level 2 IT Technician) that are able to troubleshoot on different IT environments/infrastructures.

Your key accountability will be support on level 2 basis: Troubleshooting of servers, internet and network issues. As well as level 1 support: end user troubleshooting, printers and user setups.

Field of Knowledge and skills required on a Level 2 basis:

• Firewalls (Fortigate)

• Switches
• Servers (hardware and software)
• Maintenance

• Remote desktop Support
• Cloud and Onsite Backups
• 3CX Software
• Proficient Exchange Skills

• Wireless infrastructure
• VOIP

Qualifications, Experience and talents:

• A+ N+
• MCSE
• Matric / Grade 12
• Driver’s License 

• 8 Years Support Desk
• 5 Years Hardware
