JOB PURPOSE

Responsible for managing the implementation of projects at KTN Consulting Engineers and Project Managers. Oversee the delivery of multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. Lead the implementation of a Project Management Software to streamline project tracking and reporting.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Project Implementation & Management
  • Oversee the implementation and execution of projects, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, risk registers, and progress tracking reports.
  • Ensure all project activities comply with client, regulatory, and company requirements.
  • Provide project oversight to ensure the delivery of high-quality infrastructure solutions.
  1. Project Management Software Implementation
  • Lead the selection, customization, and implementation of a Project Management Software for KTN Consulting.
  • Train and support staff in adopting and using the software effectively.
  • Ensure proper integration of the software with existing business processes.
  • Monitor and refine the system to improve efficiency and project visibility.
  1. Support to Engineering Teams
  • Assist engineers with project management-related tasks, including resource planning and scheduling.
  • Facilitate the appointment and management of subconsultants.
  • Prepare and process fee claims, invoices, and financial tracking reports.
  • Track project activities against the approved work schedule and deliverables.
  1. Stakeholder Coordination & Reporting
  • Act as a liaison between clients, consultants, and project teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Coordinate and chair project meetings, site visits, and progress review sessions.
  • Provide regular project status reports to senior management and clients.
  • Identify and mitigate risks affecting project timelines and deliverables.
  1. Budget & Quality Management
  • Ensure projects are delivered within the approved budget.
  • Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards in project execution.
  • Monitor and track project expenses to prevent cost overruns.

Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and engineering best practices

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field in build environment.
  • 5+ years’ experience in project management within the built environment.
  • Experience in implementing and managing Project Management Software.
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure project execution, contract management, and financial tracking.
  • Experience in coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders.
