Project Manager

Resolve and Change Systems (RACS) is a Cape Town based, premier management consulting practice specialising in dispute resolution and change management.

We are currently looking for a dynamic, self-motivated and experienced Project Manager, to oversee multiple projects ensuring successful delivery in alignment with strategic, management and technical skills. The ideal candidate would be able to plan, delegate, control and monitor tasks through project delivery in line with the strategic objectives of the organisation and its practices.

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing projects from initiation to completion, ensuing they are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.

Key outcomes

The following outcomes will be expected to be achieved by the Project Manager:

• Manage multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• To plan, schedule and manage activities to project scope, ensuring the team understands the overall scope and objectives are met.
• To develop, monitor and manage project timelines and resource plans to maintain efficiency.
• To build relationships cross functionally to ensure efficient delivery against common objectives.
• Lead and manage cross functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Communicate project progress to stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout project delivery.
• Identify opportunities to continuously improve project processes and methodologies.

 Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 5 years of proven project management experience, with a track record of managing multiple projects.

• Project planning and co-ordination (planning, scheduling & implementation within the project scope).

• A relevant Project Management qualification or base qualification with project management certification. A post graduate qualification is advantageous).
• Strong knowledge and proficiency in Project Management Systems, Software and Processes.
