Resolve and Change Systems (RACS) is a Cape Town based, premier management consulting practice specialising in dispute resolution and change management. We partner with businesses to drive strategic growth, improve operational efficiency ad solve complex problems.

We are currently looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, and experienced Management Consultant, to join our team and help clients optimize their business performance.

The Management Consultant will work closely with senior stakeholders, providing expert advice, conducting in-depth analysis, and developing innovative strategies and solutions to enhance operations and profitability. 

Key outcomes

The following outcomes will be expected to be achieved by the Management Consultant:

  • Assess client business projects, processes, challenges, and goals 
  • Develop and implement tailored solutions to improve efficiency and growth 
  • Conduct research, data analysis, and financial modeling 
  • Deliver insightful reports and presentations to stakeholders 
  • Support change management initiatives and organisational transformation 
  • Build strong relationships with clients and contribute to business development
  • Assesses, recommends, creates, and implements development processes, tools, resources, and solutions based on strategic or tactical business plans.
  • Report on trends and themes related to the impact of work

Qualifications and Experience

  • Relevant experience as a management consultant
  • Facilitation skills is essential.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Experience in Health, Transport, Energy sectors would be plus
  • Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; Preferably a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management or Masters in Business Administration.
