Junior Accountant – Entry-Level (Up to R20,000 per month)

We are a growing SME in the promotional marketing industry seeking a Junior Accountant to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain hands-on experience in financial operations, reporting, and compliance.

What You’ll Do:

✅ Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
✅ Process invoices, payments, and receipts while ensuring accurate record-keeping.
✅ Maintain and reconcile general ledger and bank accounts.
✅ Support VAT returns and other tax compliance activities.
✅ Track expenses, assist in budgeting, and help identify cost-saving opportunities.
✅ Work with accounting software to maintain financial records.

What We’re Looking For:

🔹 Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
🔹 0–2 years of accounting experience (internship or work experience preferred).
🔹 Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
🔹 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting software (Xero, Sage, or QuickBooks is a plus!).
🔹 Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
🔹 Ability to work independently and in a team.
