We put Shelley forward for a Brand Project Manager role at Retail Capital in 2018. After an initial screening call with Sasha she went for a first interview, was invited for a second interview not long after and Retail Capital offered her the role soon after that. She describes the process of working with Sasha as friendly, quick, easy, and straightforward and would recommend Job Crystal as a top choice for any job seeker.
Since then, although her title hasn’t changed, the scope of the role and her responsibilities has vastly grown. She now manages campaigns with multi-million Rand budgets for a variety of media streams, including TV and radio commercials, and coordinates multiple marketing platforms both print and digital.
Seeing how Shelley has grown in her role and flourished at Retail Capital is a huge encouragement to us and motivates us to get out there and change more lives. We wish Shelley every success in her career going forward!
