We are looking for caring and dedicated Community Care Assistants to support individuals
in their homes and the community. Your role will be vital in ensuring their safety, well-being,
and independence while providing compassionate, high-quality care.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming) and emotional support.
- Assisting with medication administration as per healthcare guidelines.
- Preparing meals and ensuring dietary needs are met.
- Supporting mobility and transfers, including the use of mobility aids.
- Offering companionship and encouraging independence.
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment through light housekeeping.
- Following individual care plans and reporting concerns to healthcare professionals.
- Collaborating with other professionals to provide the highest quality of care.
- Supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health conditions.
What We’re Looking For:
- Must be a car driver with access to a vehicle.
- Previous experience in care or support work is preferred but not essential.
- Compassionate, patient, and committed to making a difference.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships.
- Ability to operate mobility aids and assist with transfers.
- Experience with electronic monitoring and care recording systems is an advantage.
- Training in Positive Behavioural Support (PBS) and PMVA is beneficial.

Salary is made up of actual working time and travel time (where applicable). Full time contract at 40 hours per week. Salary £24 752 per year. Mileage paid.
