Requirements:

  • Matric, Tertiary qualification is an advantage.
  • Proven customer service experience
  • PODs experience
  • PC Experience (Outlook/Word/Excel)
  • Geographical knowledge of South Africa
  • Excellent telephone skills
  • Communication skills
