ROLE OVERVIEW
Edward Snell & Co. are seeking a highly motivated, customer-focused Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team in the Eastern Cape.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Call on Off consumption customers as per agreed calling schedule
- VMAPP KPI management and execution
- Sell company brands in line with Company Policy and brand requirements with the primary aim of achieving sales volume and profit margin targets
- Promotions/tasting in Off consumption outlets
- General merchandising and building of displays
- Manage in-store support as set out in Brand Sales Charter
- A commitment to customer service and seeking opportunities
- General Sales Administration
QUALIFICATIONS AND MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Matric with a minimum of 3 years’ experience
- Diploma/NQF level 6 in Sales or Marketing
- Minimum of 2 years’ sales related experience within an FMCG environment is essential
- Liquor industry experience
- Must have a soundtrack record within the sales industry
- Must have a valid code 8 driver’s licence

- Able to communicate fluently in English
- Must be self-motivated and results driven
- Must be a strong team player
- Must have excellent negotiating skills
- Focused goal driven individual
- Have a positive attitude towards work
- Willing to work overtime when required
- Have a valid code 8 driver’s license
- Must be assertive
- Must have a sound track record
- Commercially astute
- Customer management skills
