JOB TITLE:
Administrator

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The purpose of this position is to manage and perform a range of clerical and administrative tasks according to established procedures in order to manage the day-to-day functioning of the office.

• Debtors and Creditors
• Permits
• Secretarial Assistance to Director

INFRASTRUCTURE REQUIREMENTS:

Standard office setup
Laptop with connection to corporate network and intranet
Mobile Phone
Internet connection

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Grade 12
Certificate in Administration / Finance/ HR

WORK EXPERIENCE:
3 years’ experience in a similar role

SOFTWARE APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Microsoft Office Suite
Relevant management and financial software
