Produce retail cuts

• Cut carcasses into primal than retail cuts according to company’s standards
• Use right procedures to avoid losses
• Control of trimmings

 

Stock rotation

• Maintain the correct stock rotation

 

Maintain required hygiene in their area

• Use the “clean as you go” system
• Maintain required hygiene

 

Assisting the Manager

• Assist with receiving of deliveries when Manager is absent
• Assist with maintenance of equipment
• Assist with taking stock
• Assist with point of sale’s level
• Assist with block test

 

Critical Skills:

• Ability to cut according to company’s standards
• Ability to receive and check the quality of the product delivered
• Ability to clean and maintain his area clean
