Introduction:
An opportunity is available for a suitably experienced Bookings Co-ordinator/ Administration individual to engage with existing clientele to co-ordinate and schedule their training on behalf of the Sales division of the MasterDrive Group. This function is central to the processing of all customer requirements which are channelled through the company inclusive of training session bookings which are captured on a custom designed booking system. This function demands that the customer is assisted in all respects from the initial enquiry to the delivery of training – Effectively fulfilling an internal account managers role.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Key Performance areas:

  • Customer satisfaction: To ensure all services requested are delivered on to maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Divisional Targets: to ensure levels of profitability and maintenance of costs are achieved.
  • Procedural & Administrative Compliance: To ensure that all administrative policies and procedures are adhered to accurately, on time and every time and to consistently review and implement effective administrative procedures to ensure deadline adherence.
  • Code of Conduct: Ensure 100% adherence to the Policies and procedures of the MasterDrive Group.

Core Functions:

  • Manage online queries and Follow ups.
  • Adjust for new course structure updates & new price updates with clients.
  • Processing of all quotes & proposal prepared onto the bookings system
  • JHB Niche Market Research/ lead referral – This is handed over to external sales team with qualifying information.
  • Assist where needed with client follow ups.
  • Completion of training details to be captured and updated on the central reporting system
  • Liaise with the Travel coordinator to ensure all necessary travel arrangements are in place to ensure the Instructor can deliver to the client.

Duties include:

  • Establishes, develop and maintains business relationships with current customers.
  • Engage telephonically and/or occasional in-person meetings to liaise with clients on their training plans and the scheduling of required training.
  • Develops clear and effective written quotations & training plans.
  • Creates and manages a customer value plan for existing customers highlighting profile, share and value opportunities.
  • Keeps abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends relevant to the industries with which the company operates in.
  • In-House Courses Attendance – Upskill to understand the core of the overall offering.
  • Participates in trade shows and conventions on occasion.

Desired Experience & Qualification:

  • Candidate is required to have their own transport with a valid driver’s license. Please specify what license code the candidate holds.
  • Suitable for a candidate who resides in Johannesburg.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer literacy required.
  • Candidate to indicate fields of experience
  • Candidate required to have a matric certificate.

Package & remuneration:

  • Basic from R 168’000.00 per annum (Negotiable based on experience) with additional benefits & participation in a quarterly commission structure.
  • The employee is eligible to join the company provident fund once their probation period is signed off and eligible to join the company medical aid after one years’ service whereby the company will contribute up to 50% of their medical aid premium up to R1’200.00.
