ROLE PROFILE: Bob Box Sales Activation Specialist
(Business Developer)

What the role is accountable for: 

We’re seeking a proactive and skilled business developer to drive the enablement of Bob Box for the Bob Group client base and achieve key sales targets. Success in this role requires a comprehensive understanding of technical and sales processes.

Role reporting: 

The Bob Box Sales Activation Specialist will report to the Bob Box Operations Manager and will form part of the Bob Box team.

A typical day may include:

  • Enable Bob Box for the Bob Group client base.
  • Identify locker and counter locations.
  • Understand all the prospective client’s needs, problems, or wants
  • Explain how our solutions align with their pain points
  • Identify prospective clients beyond the Bob Group network
  • Work with sales team and other departments to drive sales efforts 
  • Keep current with the latest sales trends and best practices.
  • Must be able and willing to do off-site meetings at the client’s premises.

 

Qualifications we look for: 

  • Matric/Grade 12
  • Tertiary qualification in sales, technology, or a related field 

 

Experience we look for: 

  • 2 years in eCommerce/ Sales
  • Experience in courier, logistics, eCommerce, or software as a service

About the role:

This is an in-office position based in Menlyn, Pretoria. You will be required to travel outside of Gauteng from time to time. The salary is a basic salary plus a commission structure.
