Job Functions

  1. Typing and filing of documents for CEO.
  2. Management of travel bookings for all staff and some clients.
  3. Managing CEO’s diary.
  4. Manage client trustee meeting schedules.
  5. Assist with preparation of board packs and minutes for inernal Exco & Board meetings and for cleint trustee meetings.
  6. Assist with administration of compliance functions.
  7. Schedule internal training for consulting tream.Keep record of FAIS training.
  8. Manage interaction with payroll provider.
  9. Manage HR processes (rexruitment, take-on etc)
  10. Distribute information to cleints as and when required.
  11. Manage relationship with website administrator.
  12. Manage social media pages.
  13. Manage 2 office support staff.
  14. General office management, staff support and service provider relationship management.

 

Minimum Requirements

  1. Experience in the employee benefits consulting and administration environment.
  2. Intermediate to advance knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  3. Experience with CRM systems.
