Job Functions
- Typing and filing of documents for CEO.
- Management of travel bookings for all staff and some clients.
- Managing CEO’s diary.
- Manage client trustee meeting schedules.
- Assist with preparation of board packs and minutes for inernal Exco & Board meetings and for cleint trustee meetings.
- Assist with administration of compliance functions.
- Schedule internal training for consulting tream.Keep record of FAIS training.
- Manage interaction with payroll provider.
- Manage HR processes (rexruitment, take-on etc)
- Distribute information to cleints as and when required.
- Manage relationship with website administrator.
- Manage social media pages.
- Manage 2 office support staff.
- General office management, staff support and service provider relationship management.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience in the employee benefits consulting and administration environment.
- Intermediate to advance knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with CRM systems.
