We are seeking a highly driven Sales Consultant to join our team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and most importantly driving sales.
Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales revenue targets.
- Assist customers to ensure their requirements are identified through consultative selling resulting in sales deals won.
- Drive exceptional customer service throughout the customer journey.
- Successfully convert curated company leads into sales.
- Building successful relations with our repeat business customers that result in ongoing sales.
- Proactively mining the customer base to find additional opportunities for sales
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 3 years sales experience
- Grade 12
- High energy levels
- Strong ability to handle conflict and stress
- Must be goal-driven
- Confident communicator both over the phone and in writing
- Strong sales approach including negotiating, handling objections, and closing a deal
- The ability to resolve problems with customers and arrive at decisions that result in deals being won
- Ability to build strong customer relationships that result in ongoing sales
- Ability to work in team orientated environment and contribute in a positive manner
- Ability to work independently and self-managed
- Show Initiative and be professional at all times
- Integrity, responsibility, and accountability are to be displayed at all times
- Ability to be effective in a pressurized environment
- Have a growth mindset and interest in continued self-development
