A transformation and People Management Advisory is seeking an HR Administrator to join their team.
In office – based in Gauteng
Job Specification
- Provide administrative support for HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and HR compliance.
- EE reporting
- Assist with BBBEE administration, including data collection, verification preparation, and compliance tracking.
- Maintain accurate records of employee information and HR documentation.
- Coordinate and support training and development initiatives.
- Prepare reports and presentations as required.
- Liaise with clients to gather required information and ensure smooth administrative processes.
- Support with admin on disciplinary actions
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in an HR administration role.
- Basic Experience with BBBEE administration is highly advantageous.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced consulting environment.
