Requirements: 

1. Microsoft Literate is Required
2. Possible Sales Experience
3. Degree/Diploma in Marketing or Business
4. Valid Driver’s License and Own Transport Required
5. Reside within 40km from Absolute Containers Premises

Hours of Work:
Monday – Thursday: 08:00 – 17:00
Friday: 08:00 – 15:00

 

Travel Reimbursement:
Using a personal vehicle for client visits will be reimbursed at the AA rate.

Basic Salary:
R18, 000.00 – R29, 000.00 CTC

Commission Structure:
The commission is not guaranteed monthly, as it is tied to the sale of pre-owned rental units, which occur at the company’s discretion and are not a regular monthly event. A commission of R1,000.00 will be awarded to the representative for each unit sold. Additionally, if the company meets its annual target, there is a company-wide incentive scheme.

Provident Fund:
The company contributes 8%, while the employee contributes 7%.

Medical Aid Allowance:
A monthly medical aid allowance of R1,000.00 is provided. The candidate must be on a medical aid plan, either their own (proof required) or the company’s plan. If the company plan is chosen, the candidate’s contribution will be deducted from their salary.
