We are seeking a highly motivated IT Solutions Sales Consultant with expertise in CRM systems, SaaS offerings, and a strong background in software development-related sales. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales growth by understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and leveraging their industry knowledge to effectively promote our services.
Responsibilities:
– Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the IT solutions market, focusing on CRM systems and SaaS offerings.
– Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges and objectives, proposing customized solutions that align with Quarphix’s service capabilities.
– Lead the sales process from initial contact through contract negotiation and closure, ensuring a seamless transition to implementation and support teams.
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.
– Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to position Quarphix’s offerings effectively.
– Meet and exceed sales targets by actively prospecting and qualifying leads, presenting proposals, and managing the sales pipeline effectively.
– Work closely with Quarphix’s technical teams to ensure solutions meet client requirements and expectations.
– Provide ongoing support and account management to existing clients, fostering long-term relationships and identifying upsell opportunities.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
– Proven track record of success in IT solutions sales, with a focus on CRM systems, SaaS, and software development-related services.
– Experience in selling to enterprise clients, understanding complex sales cycles and decision-making processes.
– Strong technical acumen and familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot) and SaaS solutions.
– Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
– Self-motivated with a results-driven approach, able to work independently and as part of a team.
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
Preferred Skills:
– Experience in software development-related sales, understanding client needs for custom software solutions.
– Certifications in CRM systems or SaaS platforms.
– Knowledge of industry-specific compliance standards and best practices.
– Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
