ROLE OVERVIEW

 

Edward Snell & Co. are seeking a highly motivated, customer-focused Key Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team in Gauteng.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Will work closely with Head of On Trade to develop a Key account strategy for corporate groups, independent groups across the channel.
  • Manage, drive and deliver – market share, sales volume, sales margin of existing customer, development of new customers.
  • Implement effective direct sales strategies to achieve corporate sales objectives across group accounts in the channel.
  • Work hand in hand with ORD/IRD/Wholesale team to deliver effective push and pull strategy
  • Grow share and volume of Edward Snells’ products and Principals within designated account linked to sales strategy.
  • Work hand in hand with SMs to deliver implementation of strategy and activation across OT Group Accounts.
  • Support ongoing Integration and alignment with Brand team regional sales team of in outlet brand activity/events.
  • Quarterly Sales Plan Review by group account including brand performance in each Group account.
  • Develop integrated campaigns plans for key Group Account outlets ensuring Brand teams & outlets are aligned. To be developed and executed in full and on time.
  • Ensure All National/Regional Group Accounts Promotions/campaigns are executed 100%.
  • Establish effective relationships, collaborations and communication with other departments (Marketing, Regional Sales teams, General Managers, Finance etc.) to execute set strategy.
  • Proactively identify changes in delivery systems, and competitive pressures and update business to adapt strategies and tactics accordingly.
  • Partner with the Head of On Trade – Corporate and Strategic Accounts in the development of key customer relationship management.
  • Achieve Availability targets as per agreed quality tier strategy measured quarterly
  • Accurate analysis and reporting of Group Accounts market conditions.
  • Effective management of Group Account A and P budgets.
  • Develop, implement and Review Monthly Sales Activations.

 

QUALIFICATION & MINIMUM REQUIREMENT

  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5 years relevant OnTrade Sales and/or Key Account experience.
