National operations manager

Purpose of the job:

The purpose of the job is to manage the overall Vexall operations function, by monitoring and managing the delivery of consistent, continuous quality service as per Vexall standards and SLAs for each service area. The National Operations Manager will manage all the internal structures and operational resources to ensure all business units work efficiently and effectively

Skills & Proficiencies:

• At least 10 years’ Operational Management experience within an IT environment
• Retail industry knowledge
• Experience with tools like Jira
• Good understanding of the Vexall Operations Model
• Strong people management experience
• Strong financial management experience
• Project Management experience
• Ability to collaborate with other teams
• Good analytical and critical thinking skills
• Ability to analyze problems and identify solutions
• Ability to monitor and control and to institute corrective action

Job Specific Requirements:

• Requires flexibility to work longer hours when needed.
