Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management (HCM) Professional

Job Title: Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Support (Hands-on OTL)

Introduction:
We are hiring an Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Support professional with hands-on expertise in Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) for one of our multinational clients.

Duties & Responsibilities
Functional/Technical Knowledge & Skills:

We are looking for a techno-functional professional with real-time hands-on functional/product and/or technical experience. The ideal candidate should have experience in L3-level support or possess equivalent knowledge.

Key Expectations:

1. Strong understanding of HCM business processes and concepts.

2. At least 2 Implementations, Upgrades, and 2 Support experiences in Oracle Fusion HCM applications, covering modules such as:

   • HR

   • Payroll

   • Self-Service HR (SSHR)

   • Time & Labor (OTL)

   • Advanced Benefits (preferred)

   • Knowledge of Fusion HCM Apps implementations with localizations is a plus.

3. Technical Skill Set: Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL.

4. Ability to relate product functionality to business processes and provide implementation guidance to customers.

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

6. Hands-on expertise in SQL and PL/SQL for technical problem resolution.

7. Strong customer interaction and service orientation to handle critical customer situations efficiently.

8. Excellent operations management and innovation orientation to improve processes, methods, tools, and utilities.

9. Strong teamwork skills, collaborating effectively across teams.

10. Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with business models, applications, and emerging technologies.

11. High flexibility to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced business environment.

12. Ability to create and maintain documentation for architecture, design, technical implementation, support, and testing activities.

Desired Experience & Qualification:

• Education: BE, BTech, MCA, CA, or an equivalent degree preferred. Other qualifications with relevant experience may be considered.
