Responsibilities

• Provide superior service to internal and external clients.
• Sell products to retain existing clients and attract new business.
• Deal with client queries and complaints.
• Upsell a variety of products to existing clients, on all levels, in a competent, efficient, and professional way.
• Act in accordance with the quality standards that are in place and in line with our values.

 

 

Qualifications

• A matric (or equivalent) certificate (essential).
• RE5 (essential).
• Full FAIS qualification (advantageous).

 

 

Required skills, knowledge, and attributes

• Minimum 2 years’ call centre experience, preferably in client care or sales environments (essential).
• Relevant experience in short-term insurance (advantageous).
• Excellent attention to detail and product knowledge.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and objection-handling skills.
• Deadline and results-driven.
• The ability to cooperate and communicate with all levels of management and clients.
• Strong people skills.

• The ability to collaborate and work in a team.

• Resilience, integrity, ambition, and passion.
• The ability to work well under pressure.
