Job Details

A persoanl assistant role exists whereby the incumbent will be required to provide support to executives.  The opportuinity is based in Glenhazel. 

The incumbent’s duties will include but not be limited to the following:

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars
  • Answer phone calls and emails and take messages
  • Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings
  • Help with daily time management
  • Run errands as requested
  • Plan travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation
  • Coordinate events and speaking engagements
  • Draft correspondence such as emails and letters
  • Dairy management
  • Basic accounting/booking experience

Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Tech-savvy and experience with word processing and email programs
  • Active listening and good communication skills
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to multitask
  • Strong time-management and organization skills

Experience:

  • 1 to 2 years previos experience in an administrative role

Qualifications:

  • Grade 12 
  • Certification as a secretary or persoanl assistant
  • Degree or Diploma in Business Administration would be an added advantage
