The RSM Leads the team to drive sales activities through proactive identification of business opportunities, communicating value propositions aligned to customers’ needs and objectives and recommending solutions to drive and develop the Oncology portfolio.

Oncology experience required in managing both Sales teams and an excellent track record of achieving sales targets.

• Completed Bachelor’s degree in Health Science
• Proven pharmaceutical commercial experience including Oncology. Patient-centric approach with detailed knowledge of patient flow/journey.
• 5 years of sales management experience within an innovative pharmaceutical company with focus on specialty care business
• 4 Years of people leadership experience with a proven track record
• 5 – 10 years’ industry experience, preferably in niche markets.
