QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree/Diploma or relevant Marketing qualification and experience in a professional-related Human Resources consulting field.
• Minimum five years of proven sales track record and experience, preferably within Human Resources consulting environment
• Sound knowledge in HR & Training consulting services
• Demonstrated experience in managing marketing budgets, forecasting, and financial planning
• Advanced Social Media Management

• Maintain and elevate the company image across all channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with global standards
• Lead the development and execution of social media strategies, with a strong emphasis on sales.
• Conduct in-depth market research and analyse client needs to identify new opportunities and optimize sales opportunities.
• Build and nurture relationships with current and new clients.
• Lead the planning and execution of high-profile events, service launches, and service activations
• Drive target sales to achieve company strategy and goals
