Job Details

You’ll be required to:

  • Be responsible for the overall employee experience across the entire organisation.
  • Develop engaged & high-performing teams even when everyone is remote.
  • Provide leadership on people related issues and policies across the company. Working with the leadership team and team leaders you will own all people and culture related activities.
  • Develop and improve existing people strategies. 
  • Document strategies, processes, templates and supporting materials to aid in recruiting, managing and retaining the best talent.
  • Define and implement a talent acquisition and management strategy that enables us to scale and grow our business. 
  • Own and refine our recruitment strategy and hiring process, making it more strategic, long-term, and proactive with a focus on identifying, sourcing and engaging with top talent for current and future roles.
  • Provide people support and consultation across the business on the most complex issues, supporting staff, managers and executives in all related areas. 
  • Support direct line managers with guidance and coaching to effectively manage their teams.
  • Run our employee performance management 
  • Understand employee engagement, collecting continuous feedback from everyone in the organisation. Implement learning initiatives that drive further growth of our people. Implement people wellness initiatives. 
  • Provide useful data and reporting to help guide decision making, and allow the company to scale effectively and efficiently. Be able to communicate at all levels in the company and to support business development and change.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and policies to ensure that our processes evolve appropriately as we scale. 

What you’ll bring? Experience across people acquisition, management, retention and organisational development in a rapidly scaling company.

  • HR or Organisational Psychology qualification.
  • Solid track record in sourcing and developing top talent.
  • Track record implementing best practice people experience and wellness, talent development / career growth, retention and satisfaction strategies.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Strategic thinker and effective problem solver.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
