We are specializes in providing high-quality training solutions in various ICT domains, including Salesforce, AWS, Microsoft, and other relevant technologies. We are seeking an experienced and driven Training Sales Consultant who can leverage their expertise to drive sales, particularly focusing on OEM training and SETA-funded projects.
Responsibilities:
– Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their training needs in Salesforce, AWS, Microsoft, and other ICT-related areas.
– Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
– Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations.
– Collaborate with the training delivery team to ensure alignment between client requirements and proposed training solutions.
– Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and presentations to prospective clients.
– Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to effectively position Quarpix’s training offerings.
– Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to generate leads and promote Quarpix’s training solutions.
– Manage the sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
– Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the IT training industry, with a focus on Salesforce, AWS, Microsoft, or similar technologies.
– Experience in selling to corporate clients and understanding their training needs.
– Familiarity with SETA-funded projects and the ability to navigate related processes and requirements.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
– Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
– Experience in software development-related sales, understanding client needs for custom software solutions.
– Certifications in CRM systems or SaaS platforms.
– Knowledge of industry-specific compliance standards and best practices.
– Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
