We’re on the hunt for a Dialler Manager! Are you a dynamic Dialler Manager with a knack for optimizing call centre systems? Join our South African telesales team and lead our high-performance outbound campaigns!
As the Dialler Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the Dialler system to ensure efficient and effective campaign performance. You will be working closely with campaign managers, IT, and quality assurance teams to achieve campaign objectives.
If you have the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Experience in Dialler management within a telemarketing or call centre environment.
- Proficient in Dialler systems such as VICI, ConnexOne, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of outbound call centre operations, including dialling regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in Structured Query Language (SQL) and working with Databases.
