As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies, building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline, and ensuring a seamless hiring process from start to finish. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and the HR team to provide insights on market trends and best practices while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
If you have the following:
- A Tertiary qualification (Advantageous)
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment across industries such as insurance, financial services or worked in recruitment agencies
- Proven experience in using innovative sourcing techniques, (not just using traditional recruitment channels)
- Excellent talent sourcing, networking, and organisational skills.
