Telesales Agent

We are looking for experienced sales staff to join our growing telesales team. Please note we are not a call centre we are a direct marketing company that sell its own products. We are not looking for normal call centre staff who read scripts, we are looking for true sales staff who understand sales and can demonstrate sales ability instead of reading off a page. This job will suit people who are driven and dedicated to their jobs in order to unlock fantastic earring potential. Applicants are required to be fully computer literate and have the ability to sell without using a script.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Contact potential clients regarding product or service offered. 
• Asking potential clients relevant questions to understand the client and their needs.
• Match the correct product to the client.
• Accurately explain features and benefits of the Product.
• Meet, achieve and exceed sales targets,
• Adhere to and achieve Quality Assurance and Compliance standards.
• Accurately capture client details.
• Ensure call backs status are timeously contacted and followed up.
• Matric Certificate
• Computer skills 
• Proven track record in direct marketing

• Ability to perform under pressure in a target driven environment
