Job Details

  1. Be able to cut all meat species Full range meat must be available in the cabinets at all times. 
  1. Company cutting standards must be adhered to at all times.  
  1. All machinery must be cleaned every day and company hygiene standards must be maintained at all times.  
  1. Cold room must be cleaned every day and cold room must be neat at all times. 
  1.  All bones must be deboned and cut up on a daily basis. No bones may be left  inside the cold room. 
  1. In your role as Senior Meat Technician you will be responsible for the department in the absence of the Meat Market Manager. 
  1. Gourmet cabinet must be fully merchandised and maintained throughout the day with full range displayed at all times.
