- Be able to cut all meat species Full range meat must be available in the cabinets at all times.
- Company cutting standards must be adhered to at all times.
- All machinery must be cleaned every day and company hygiene standards must be maintained at all times.
- Cold room must be cleaned every day and cold room must be neat at all times.
- All bones must be deboned and cut up on a daily basis. No bones may be left inside the cold room.
- In your role as Senior Meat Technician you will be responsible for the department in the absence of the Meat Market Manager.
- Gourmet cabinet must be fully merchandised and maintained throughout the day with full range displayed at all times.
