As a Business Development Representative (BDR) , you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with potential clients, and collaborating with the sales team to close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through research, outbound calls, emails, and social media engagement.
  • Prospecting: Conduct targeted outreach to prospective clients to understand their needs and introduce them to GEE’s products and services.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, acting as the first point of contact and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and activities in the CRM system to ensure a robust sales pipeline.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
  • B2B Sales Telephone Sales (2 Years)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
