Position Purpose:
This role will place you in the midst of a consolidation & CMS migration project – it will be a mix of hands-on web editing, assembling new website features and coordinating with stakeholders the final touches ahead of website rollouts. You will work closely with the Marketing & Business teams and also with other website editors based in our offices across the globe. This is a global role with responsibilities extending over all regional websites.
A solid understanding of website build process, CMS functionality and ability to work independently are critical for success in this position. You’re the type of person that isn’t afraid to flag issues, suggest areas of improvement, and get stuck into experimentation.
Primary duties will include:
- Implement web pages, landing pages, content, imagery, video, forms and any other content in CMS
- Maximise use of CMS (Sitecore) features and identify ways to gain operational efficiencies in the publishing and web management processes
- Ensure SEO best practices are implemented on all pages
- Website quality assurance – help test and review website content for errors
- Work with cross functional teams on projects work that involve website content updates
- Assist with updates as needed to web analytics code.
- Assist with the integration and updates of Google Analytics into our databases and websites.
- Working with regional managers to help build and maintain website content leveraging existing CMS templates
- Assisting project leaders in quality assurance testing and solving quality assurance issues
- Maintenance of detailed records of marketing tasks and activity- providing daily and weekly status reports
- Owning various marketing tasks that focus on a positive customer experience
- Maintain and keep up to date websites, including adding and maintaining new/existing pages and content to provide optimal user experience
- Collaborate with Digital & Creative Marketing Team to execute the creative direction, planning, design, development, implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting for the company’s websites

To land this role you will need:
- 3-5 years of experience in web management with consumer-facing websites
- Familiarity with web CMS (Content Management System), preferably corporate level (Sitecore, Adobe)
- Strong sense of ownership, ability to sustain constructive debates and hold opinions
