Job Description
As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our business by identifying and securing new B2B clients. You will leverage your sales experience and industry knowledge to build strong relationships, understand client needs, and provide solutions that align with their energy management goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential B2B clients within the energy sector.
- Conduct outbound sales calls and emails to generate leads and schedule meetings.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
- MINIMUM of 2 years of sales experience in a B2B environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets/KPI’s (please note this will be requested)
- English as first language
- MUST have a quiet home-office environment, with sufficient wi-fi, battery/solar and own PC/laptop
- Strong understanding of the energy industry and related solutions is a plus but not essential.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
