The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in driving revenue growth through strategic prospecting, closing new business opportunities, and fostering team excellence. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on sales activities to ensure the achievement of ambitious sales targets.Â
Key Responsibilities
– Deliver success against KPI targets and plans, through effective management of the sales team
– Recruit, onboard, and train a high-performing team of Sales reps to generate qualified leads.
– Communicate and report precise performance metrics for the sales team
– Prospecting, targeting, identifying and cultivating net new business opportunities across territories.
– Work closely with account execs to close new deal
– Achieving set productivity and booked meetings targets.
– Building and maintaining a robust rolling booked meeting opportunity pipeline.
– Monitor SDR performance, pipeline metrics, and lead conversion rates to ensure consistent results.
– Foster a culture of accountability, motivation, and collaboration within the team.
– Ensure the teams admin is up to date on CRM
– Create a positive learning environment that empowers and develops Lead Associates, Senior Associates and Associates
– Respond appropriately to discipline issues, maintaining a standard of conduct that aligns with our values and expectations.
– Conduct team meetings, daily huddles, and one-on-one coaching sessions to align on goals and progress.
– Create and sustain a high-quality work environment that motivates team members, fostering engagement and transparency rooted in values
Key competences and experience required
– Minimum of 2 years in a sales team leader position
– Must be familiar with sales process
– Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
– Ability to manage daily behaviour of the team
– Accountable for sales team
– Proficient in CRM software
