Job Details

Duties:

  • Daily / weekly cashbook allocations
  • Recons
  • Creditors – capturing of supplier invoices, recons
  • Debtors – recons, follow up on customer payments
  • Assisting with Annual Audits queries
  • Assist in preparations of Annual Budgets
  • Capturing of supplier invoices
  • Supporting director with administrative functions
  • Stationery ordering
  • Filing of finance documents
  • Various reports as required
  • Assist with statutory returns and VAT
  • Other general office responsibilities
  • Accurate data capturing
  • Assist with applications and control Docfox application (training will be provided)
  • Back-up for Receptionist/Administrator

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma or Certificate in Bookkeeping or Accounting – or presently studying towards this
  • Some Accounts Clerk experience required – 1-2 years
  • Strong administration skills
  • Fluent in Afrikaans & English
  • Good time management skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Independent result driven thinkers
  • Results orientated
