Position Purpose: The ASO Specialist will support the current team in optimising and localising our 30+ mobile app storefronts to drive forward the global ASO strategy.
Primary duties will include:
- Optimise all apps that you will be responsible for to drive maximum organic growth, following ASO best practices and principles.
- Contribute to content strategies to maximise ASO growth, considering keyword ranking, app visibility and conversion from top to bottom of funnel.
- Proactively keep on top of industry news, updates and trends.
- Share useful insights with the team to ensure the company is at the forefront of innovation.
- Work closely with a variety of internal/external teams as well as regional offices to identify organic ASO commercial growth areas.
- Work with the Head of SEO and ASO Specialist to support with regional ASO strategy and deliver outstanding ROI.

To land this role you will need:
- 2+ years of experience in ASO.
- Excellent attention to detail, thrive working in a fast-paced environment and to be highly organised.
- Good experience working with an ASO tracking tool (i.e. Mobile Action, App Tweak, Data.ai, etc.)
- Good knowledge around ASO volatility and ranking signals.
 What makes you stand out:
- Experience / knowledge of CFD trading, spread betting or investing would be an advantage.
- Experience working in a regulated financial company would be an advantage.
Working environment:
- Hybrid working environment, three days in our Cape Town office and two from home.
