Our wholesale division distributes products to health shops, pharmacies, vet shops and other retail outlets interested in natural health products.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a B2B Customer Support Consultant at Feelgood Health, located in Muizenberg, Cape Town. As a Customer Support Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, taking orders, growing sales, providing remote and telephone training and effectively communicating with B2B customers. Your main focus will be providing exceptional customer support to create a positive experience for our valued customers and in growing sales. Our customers include health shops, pharmacies, online retail stores, vet and pet shops, spas as well as other retail outlets like deli’s and gift shops.

Requirements

• B2B Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Contact skills – reaching out and providing support to existing customers and cold calling new potential customers to present our ranges and secure orders
• Effective written and spoken communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with business owners and buyers
• A persuasive, friendly, outgoing personality
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues
• Attention to detail, consistency, reliability, persistence, punctuality and a strong work ethic
• Experience in a B2B customer support role is a plus
• Experience in the healthcare or natural health industry is a plus
• Ability to be self-motivated and work without supervision, while achieving company goals as part of a group
• Honesty, reliability and punctuality, with a strong work ethic
