Overview:
As a Designer at our client, you will play a crucial role in the creative team of our global company, contributing to the creation and execution of a wide range of marketing and branding projects. Your work will span across digital, print, social media, and out-of-home advertising, allowing you to showcase your versatility and creativity. This role is ideal for a designer with a solid foundation in design principles, proficiency in Adobe Suite and Figma, and a passion for delivering impactful visuals. Experience in 3D design or motion graphics is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Creative Development: Develop designs from concept through to execution, ensuring that all creative work is aligned with the Company’s brand visual identity and strategic objectives.
- Brand Consistency: Uphold and enhance the visual standards of the Company across all projects, ensuring a consistent look and feel in every piece of communication.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content, and business stakeholders to create design solutions that meet project goals, adhere to timelines, and fit technical requirements.
- Project Management: Handle multiple design projects at once, effectively prioritising tasks to deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
- Innovation: Stay informed about the latest design trends and tools, bringing new ideas to the table to continuously improve the Company’s creative output.
Qualifications:
Essential:
- Minimum of 2/3 years of professional design experience.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- A strong portfolio showcasing diverse design work across digital and print media.
- Solid understanding of design principles, including typography, colour theory, and layout.
- Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team and translate design language into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
Desirable:
- Experience with 3D design software (e.g., Blender) or motion graphics tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
- Previous experience in branding, advertising design, or motion graphics.
- Understanding of UX/UI principles as they relate to marketing and web design.
- Experience working in financial industries.
