Key Responsibilities:
– Provide outstanding support via our Helpdesk platform.
– Visit clients to address their technical needs.
– Handle Microsoft 365, Azure, email security, endpoint management, and backup solutions.
– Server Support
– Weekly and monthly Maintenance
– Troubleshoot network issues and assist with firewall and network setups
Requirements:
– Experience with Microsoft 365, email security, endpoint solutions, and backup strategies.
– Strong network troubleshooting skills.
– Familiarity with firewalls and network setups (a plus and boosts salary prospects).
