Job Details
DUTIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and implementing corrective and preventive actions or steps for resolution for end-user devices for example network issues/IP issues
- Setting up workstations and installing software printers
- Assisting with all computer related queries
- Daily health checks of all systems including Firewall, Switches, VM’s, Cloud Services, Backups, etc.
- Assembling laptops and desktop workstations.Management of end-user computing devices including desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, MFP’s internationally.
- Trouble shooting computer/network performance
- Logging tickets
- Desktop/laptop reimaging when required
- Ensure end-user machines are compliant against identified controls
REQUIREMENTS
Education, Qualifications and Requirements
- MCSE, A+, N+ IT Qualifications
- Must have a Senior Certificate
- Must have Clear criminal and credit record
- Must be willing to work Shifts. 24/7 shifted environment
- Must have minimum TWO (2) years Desktop Support Experience in this position
- BPO Experience will be an advantage
- Netskope/Citrix knowledge an advantage
Skills & Experience Required
- Windows Desktop support, Printer support & Server support
- A good understanding of computer networking and servers
- Virtualization and Cloud experience & knowledge
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office systems and applications including Server Suite
- Excellent understanding of Active Directory, DNS, Backup software, Network switching and cabling
- Basic understanding of network firewalls
