Job Details

DUTIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and implementing corrective and preventive actions or steps for resolution for end-user devices for example network issues/IP issues
  • Setting up workstations and installing software printers
  • Assisting with all computer related queries
  • Daily health checks of all systems including Firewall, Switches, VM’s, Cloud Services, Backups, etc.
  • Assembling laptops and desktop workstations.Management of end-user computing devices including desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, MFP’s internationally.
  • Trouble shooting computer/network performance
  • Logging tickets
  • Desktop/laptop reimaging when required
  • Ensure end-user machines are compliant against identified controls

REQUIREMENTS              

Education, Qualifications and Requirements

  • MCSE, A+, N+ IT Qualifications
  • Must have a Senior Certificate
  • Must have Clear criminal and credit record
  • Must be willing to work Shifts. 24/7 shifted environment
  • Must have minimum TWO (2) years Desktop Support Experience in this position
  • BPO Experience will be an advantage
  • Netskope/Citrix knowledge an advantage 

Skills & Experience Required

  • Windows Desktop support, Printer support & Server support
  • A good understanding of computer networking and servers
  • Virtualization and Cloud experience & knowledge
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office systems and applications including Server Suite
  • Excellent understanding of Active Directory, DNS, Backup software, Network switching and cabling
  • Basic understanding of network firewalls
